Thanks for checking out my blog. There has been much discussion lately pertaining to real estate. It is changing rapidly, and some say what has happened in 2007 and will most likely continue into 2008 will go down in the record books. I wanted to delve into some of these real estate issues, throw them out there for you to chew on, and spit it back to me with your own take on it.
I also just want to have a forum to let you in on the happenings of local life in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area, which is my home. In a small town, I find a local perspective gives you a feel for the area that you would not otherwise get.
